Watchers

In the meantime

Thu Jan 29, 2009, 11:46 AM
  • Mood: Torment
  • Listening to: That humming sound of a PS3 turned on
  • Reading: A collection of H.P. Lovecraft stories
  • Watching: Legacy of Kain on youtube
  • Playing: Little Big Planet, MGS4 and GTA IV
  • Eating: Anything I can make under 15 mins
  • Drinking: Sambuca http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambuka
Once again, so much time, so little done. Been busy (well sorta) sorting my own life out that I've been more than a little neglectful of anything to do with writing.

However as of late I've been sitting down and..... reading other peoples work. :( I'm trying to muster up something of my own but can't seem to get past tinkering with some really old stuff on my computer. I'm thinking now that it's probably best to ditch the old ones and start completely afresh if I can't get anywhere with them.

What's really annoying is this is the longest period of writers block I've come up agains and I'm now realising how real this problem can be. I've even been considering going back to fan fic to get my creative juices flowing as it's often an easier starting point.

Well anyways, fingers crossed and all that.

P.S. The torment smiley is funny enough, but I can't help but think "why doesn't he just hit him back?".

...... Yes, I know. It's just a smiley.

And so I walk, into the searing light which banishes all darkness, surrendering my face and form to atoms of dust, seeking the true darkness of peace, the cool shadows of eternity and the unknown fate of nothingness
